Delivery 

We offer the following Delivery options for online orders:

 

Standard Delivery (3-5 days) Republic of Ireland (ROI): 

Standard sized items: €9.00 for orders valued under €60 and FREE for orders valued over €60

Over sized items: Please contact us for charges on over sized and large items required for express deliveries.

Additional charges apply to alternative destinations. Contact us for further details.

Express Next Day Delivery Republic of Ireland (ROI):

Standard sized items: €25.00 for orders valued under €120 and €20.00 for orders valued over €120.

Over sized items: Please contact us for charges on over sized and large items required for express deliveries.

Additional charges apply to alternative destinations. Contact us for further details.

 

Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) International*:

We have a flat rate of €50.00 for delivery to areas outside the Republic of Ireland or any of our international destinations. Please contact us to request a quotation for any specific shipping queries.

*UK and Northern Ireland Customers - Please be aware your order may be subject to charges for handling, customs clearance and VAT.

Express Next Day Delivery International:

Not currently offered.

Delivery timing

We aim to process and dispatch your orders as soon as possible. All orders received before 13:00 during business hours, will be processed and sent within 24 hours. Any orders received outside of business hours, or on public holidays, will be processed the following working day.

Important – Please note. Items of exceptional volume, weight or length or of a particular extraordinary nature (e.g. Certain batteries or dangerous goods) may attract a carriage surcharge or may be deemed unsuitable for shipping to your geographical location. In the event of a surcharge we will always contact you in advance for approval, in the event of unsuitability we refund your order immediately and advise the cancellation of your order.

Tracking Deliveries

All orders placed on our online shop will be delivered using a track and sign service. Once your order has been processed we will contact you with a tracking number for each order or consignment.

Changes to your delivery information

All orders will be dispatched to the delivery information as provided by you during the checkout process. In the case that you have entered the wrong information or need to change the delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. We can be contacted via our website, by submit a contact form or starting a chat online. You can also contact us by using the the 'How to contact us' details on this policy. L&T Marine Ltd. will not be held responsible for any orders being returned due to an incomplete delivery address.
