Returns Policy

Returning for exchange or refund.

In the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in order to arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible. Please return the whole or part of the order not required in the original condition and packaging, courier paid and within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds are issued less delivery charge and within 3 days of receiving the goods at our premises.

How to return an order

All goods being returned require a RMA number. Log in to My Account, click on My Returns and complete our RMA Request Form. We normally aim to process your request within 1 business day and will contact you with any details of how to proceed. Our RMA Number must be referenced and clearly marked on all documentation and goods being returned.
